Hi, I’m Madison—licensed esthetician, functional skincare educator, and someone who’s been obsessed with healing ever since I moved to Los Angeles at 19.
I grew up with rosacea and reactive skin, and no one could ever really tell me why. My search for answers led me from covering it up as a makeup artist to digging deeper—I got my esthetics license, started with spa facials, moved into clinical work, and eventually expanded into functional nutrition and holistic wellness. Over time, I realized something big: skin is just the messenger.
Now, with over a decade of experience and thousands of faces, stories, and symptoms in my hands, I blend hands-on techniques, state of the art technology with root-cause awareness. Sculptural massage, lymphatic drainage, microcurrent and microchanneling are all part of my toolkit—but so is breathwork, sleep hygiene, nervous system regulation, and gut health. Because skincare isn’t just about what you put on your skin—it’s about how you live, eat, move, and feel.
I co-founded Skin Worship with my partner Leslie Kritzer to create a sanctuary for this kind of work: high-performance facials, intuitive care, and full-body healing. I also mentor estheticians who are ready to elevate—technically, energetically, and professionally—through functional skincare education rooted in results, and based on our signature skin-to-soul approach.
When I’m not in session at the studio, I’m homeschooling my two boys, listening to podcasts about beauty, health, and wellness, planning our next trip, or sipping matcha by the pool while dreaming up new ways to grow and serve this incredible community.

If you weren’t an esthetician, what would you be doing?
I would probably be a functional health practitioner, something where I’m still deep-diving into root causes, gut health, and healing from the inside out (while gently reminding everyone to sleep 8 hours and drink more water) or I’d be an early childhood educator or interior designer lol I have a lot of interested.
What’s your skincare love language?
A slow but firm facial massage, layered hydration, lymphatic drainage—and if there’s a neck and shoulder massage with some craniosacral holds? I’m in heaven.
What’s a skincare myth you wish would disappear forever?
“You can shrink your pores.”
Nope. Pore size is mostly genetics. What you can do is keep them clean, manage oil production, and support your skin’s elasticity so they APPEAR smaller and more refined. But vanish? That’s a fairy tale.
